Duh - I just figured out this morning that I am supposed to "invite" people to be members so they can post.

I am so looking forward to seeing more of your recipes. I picked up everything I would need to make the Applesauce Cake tomorrow. The Bear loves him some applesauce!
 
I hope y'all like it as much as we do. With the buttercream frosting, it's just a little slice of heaven.
 
I should so send in some recipes! My problem is I hardly use recipes or measurements, unless I'm baking. I just put stuff together - a pinch of this, a dollop of that - like my Italian grandmother always did. I make some mean stuffed pasta shells.... I should figure out how much of everything I actually put in and send it to you.
 
I was just gazing at the huge pasta shells in the store the other day (Thursday to be exact) and thought, "I wish I had a good recipe cuz I wanna make those."

Oohhh.. JLow...now I feel compelled to share. So, I will try to measure out what I toss in, write it all down, and send it in.
 
Hi - being a major lover of the strata, I read your recipie for Spinach and Artichoke Strata but didn't find artichokes included in the ingredient list or the instructions. I think they're feeling left out....

PS - great idea for a blog!
